Q: How do I invite someone to Meli?

A: Open any timeline, tap on the profile icons below "PEOPLE", then tap on "Add Member," and send them an invite link. Each invite grants someone access to both the app and the timeline you invited them to.

Q: How do Meli invites work?

A: Each Meli user starts with a limited number of invites to share the app with family and friends. When someone accepts your invite and becomes active, your invite may be replenished, giving you another to use. You can also regain invites by revoking any unaccepted ones in your invite dashboard under Settings. It's our way of helping Meli grow thoughtfully—one meaningful connection at a time.

Q: Are my photos and videos private?

A: Yes. Meli is private by default. Only the people you add to each timeline can see or post content.

Q: Why do you ask for my date of birth?

A: Meli is only available to users aged 13 and older. We ask for your birthdate to comply with age-related policies and protect younger users.

Q: How do I delete my account?

A: You can find step-by-step instructions at app.mymeli.co/account-deletion

Q: Can I recover a deleted account?

A: No. Once an account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. You will need to create a new account.
